To whom it may concern,
My name is [redacted]. I have owned the Baja Laundry location since 2009. Baja Laundry is a coin operated laundry, as such some of our vending machines may have "glitches" over time. It is our policy to refund any monies lost by our customer and give them the benefit...
of the doubt. Operating as many individual machines as we do problems are bound to occur. However the coin changers at this location are different. These systems have safeties built in, these safeties are for both the operator and customer. As the operator we have the ability to audit the system and verify if in fact a problem did occur.
I learned of this incident last week when I was handed the Revdex.com letter. Upon receiving the letter I questioned both the attendant and manager. The version was significantly different than what was filed. At this point I choose to support the decisions of our staff.

Baja Laundry. Of course there will always be two sides of the story. Yet, I don't want any thousands from Baja Laundry. I would just like my $5.00 back and an apology. A good business will always attract good service and tend to their customer in a respectful manner. I was emediately said no to when I told them about the problem. I left my name and number at Baja laundry and not once did the owner or manager take the inniative call me. These are machines and they make mistakes like we humans. In every store I've went to they've always cared enough to at least give the benefit of the dought to a customer (yet, I was emmediatly said no to by the manager) and take the time to resolve the problem...Baja Laundry did not. So, there for it leads me to believe that they just don't care about the customer (like me). In this part of town there are allot of non speaking English customers and I've tooken the liberty to ask around if any problem like this has occurred to them and many have said yes. They are told to leave their name and number and they are never called back. Well, Baja Laundry....I am not a non speaking customer and I know my rights as one. Many of those people I spoke to said they didn't do anything to try to get their money back only because they didn't know what to do. I'm hoping that Baja Laundry can really be that good business to the people who continue to make Baja happen...instead they lose their money. Thank you...sincerely. [redacted]
