Bailey's Towing & Recovery

Our van broke down on the way from Indiana to Texas. We had 4 kids with us. He had his wife come pick the kids and I up in her Tahoe while he took my husband and our van to his friend's shop. He even let my son operate the buttons on his truck. My son was so excited! They also transported all of us to Holiday Inn. They made us feel like part of their family. We appreciated their help in a very difficult time. I felt they needed to be recognized for their great hospitality over and beyond what I expected from a tow service.

I had the pleasure of having Bo be the person who had to come and tow my truck on a Sunday. He was quick, nice, professional and made this experience not as miserable as it could have been. Everyone that I had to encounter with this process was very professional. Thank you!!!
