Only one day had passed from the initial visit which is an unreasonable amount of time to give to call in with a credit card to pay for the deposit. I had all intentions of calling in to proceed with the order. I had spoke with the company on more than one occasion and with Neal over the phone so the excuse that he did not have my phone number is false. The fact still remains that upon returning to my home he should have provided me with a notice. He should have never entered my home without first asking if an adult was home regardless of what the two kids offered. According to them he said that he needed to do something with the blinds and they never laughed at him. I will not be paying the $65 trip charge for the hassle and inconvenience this has caused and the company can simply keep the blinds.

In review of your message, we understand the best thing for all parties to rectify this situation on a positive note is just to take our losses.  In exchange for a positive review, the complainant is welcome to come by our Mesa location and pick up her items.  They will be delivered there by the end of the business day on Thursday September 7, 2017.
