Bailey Construction

Review: Bailey construction replaced a section of our cracked patio, placed pipes and wood as a retaining wall and built a small block wall across the back of our home. [redacted], the owner, offered to do extra work (at an additional cost) to build the retaining wall and assurred us the wall would never move since we are on a hillside. The work was completed in Aug 2014 at a cost of approx. 14,000.00. Three months later the block wall began to move away from the patio. I called [redacted] in Nov 2014 and he never returned my call. I finally reached him by phone in Jan 2015 and he said he would come by the next week and they could replace the wall. He never called or showed up. I called many other times over the last 4 months and left messages on his answering machine or with his wife and he would not return my call. I am very dissatified with his lack of response and his promises to make it right.Desired Settlement: I would like him to come back and replace the wall as promised.
