Filed a criminal complaint against this company. They refuse to delete my criminal history from the site after I sent them proof of expungent.

My name is *** I was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriff Office. I am Innocent and this case is expunged; no information was filed. My mugshot exists only in this web side. I did explain them and sent information’s.

My name is listed as being in prosing on this companies website. I am not in prison nor have I ever been. When I google my name it pops up on here. I have reached out to the business multiple times but they have not removed the false information.

I have a non-disclosure and this website is trying to extort me in paying them $300+ to remove information that is NOT ACCURATE NOR LEGAL to keep on their website!! THEY NEED TO REMOVE MY INFORMATION but no one will respond.

Contacted business numerous times (through proper contact information on website) to remove my mugshot and personal information which they are showing Unlawfully.
Under Oregon statute 646A.806 once a case is dismissed or expunged the website has 30 days to remove the information (its been two months) before it is deemed to have
committed an unlawful trade practice. My case was dismissed on 2-12-2018. I have sent website all necessary legal documentation. They have Not removed my information or even contacted me.
