We have used Baikal Services twice in the last 3 months for somewhat emergency related plumbing issues. Both times they were able to quickly come to our house and did a great job in fixing the problem. The costs are fair and reasonable too. I will continue to use Baikal Services and would recommend them to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Chris. He's dependable, solved a couple problems and advised us on another. He followed my husband to Home Depot to return an item that was very heavy and stayed with him through the return process by doing the heavy lifting. He will be our "go-to" plumber!

We've used Chris twice, and definitely consider him "our plumber" now because of the quality and dependability of him and his work. This review is long to give a detailed view of why I think so highly of Chris, but the short review is Chris's work has never presented additional problems, he communicates well, his prices are affordable, and he's respectful/cares about his customers.

The first time we had him out was to install spigots on the outside of our home, run plumbing under the house for them, and remove a dead pipe from our yard. Chris gave clear cost estimates, and was prompt in both his communication and getting us on his schedule. He did a great job and we haven't had an issue. He also went above and beyond when we mentioned our furnace was out and did a minor wire fix to get us back up and running, FOR FREE. He also showed me the location of every water shut off in our new house.

The second time we had Chris out was to fix a leaky pipe. Chris talked through what we wanted done to make sure he understood, and took care of everything quickly. He once again went above and beyond by talking me through how the water heater temperature affects my pipes, and gave a recommendation on the temperature to use so I don't cause damage. He also noticed an unrelated spare part I needed, and made a second trip the next day, at no charge, to deliver that part.

I had contacted Chris one other time about removing a faucet and installing a new one. He said he was more than willing to do the job, but said I could save money by doing it myself, and sent me links to a faucet he recommended which was not only very easy to install, but high quality. It was nice to know I could tackle a project myself where I couldn't do much harm, but had a supportive professional behind me in case I bit off more than I could chew.

I recommend Chris to people I know without hesitation. I have full trust in his skills, he's dependable in his scheduling and in the quality of his work, and is a really pleasant guy to be around.

When Chris arrived, he looked at the situation and was able to fix the issue for 1/4 of the estimate from the other guy. Baikal will get my plumbing business from here on out. Thanks Chris!

Chris responded to my panicked call within 20 minutes to stop my water heater from flooding my whole garage. He made me feel calm as he assessed the situation, told me when he would be back with a new tank, and finished it up the next day. Very professional and reasonable.

We are very happy with the work that Chris did. He did need to change the day of service because of another plumbing emergency, but worked with our schedule. We would use Baikal Services again.
