Review: In 2010 when we had a bad ice storm...My gutters and roof were damaged. We called Bahr Brothers and had them come give an estimate. We contracted them to fix the problems by installing new gutters and replacing part of the roof. Right after that time. The roof started leaking and the gutters were not installed properly where the water was coming down the side of my house. We called them back and he proceeded to tell us that he knew that he did not install them correctly and told me that it would be an additional $1200.00 I proceeded to ask him why he didnt fix it in the first place and he said it wasnt his problem to fix someone elses mistake in my gutters. He told me that the water coming down the side of the house would not cause any problems to my house. Well recently now the rain is coming through my front window which the windows are brand new. I had a new estimator come and it all stems from the gutters and now the morter on the house is bad which is damaging the house. I tried calling repeatedly but they will never return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my $3000.00 back from this company because now it is going to cost me $15,000 dollars to fix what should have been fixed in the first place.
