Bahn Projects re-shingled our roof. Removed cedar shakes but made sure the mess was all cleaned up. The crew are friendly, efficient and professional. Thanks to John and his crew. We will definitely recommend Bahn Projects for all your roofing needs.

We had Bahn Projects re roof the house on Sept 2 and 3rd of 2019 and I can not say enough good things of this company as everything was done on time and in a professional manner, John and his crew were more than professional. I would defiantly recommend them for any roofing needs. John went above and beyond. From the Initial quote to the project being completed John provided all the answers to our questions. John and his crew were fantastic to deal with. They were respectful and efficient. It took them 2 days to complete the project and they used quality materials for our roof. The work crew was thorough and made sure they picked up any nails left behind so our dog wouldn't step on them. John really made what could have been a hectic experience worry free. We got a few quotes and Bahn Projects came in lower than the others. John was a pleasure to deal with and his crew were very friendly. They did a fantastic job on the roof and they even put in a skylight for us while they were here. They did an amazing job with clean up and John even came by a few times to check out the progress. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs and I will definitely refer them to my family and friends.

AMAZING - in one word, simply AMAZING. John is kind and thoughtful and immediately takes the anxiety out of spending $$ on a new roof. John completed my roof, soffits, eaves and fasia and gave me the name of an excellent electrician to install my pot lights. Everything was completed within a few days. I was so pleased with timeframe and the quality of work. John's team was respectful and extremely efficient - even when we had a spring snowfall when they were almost completed - they didn't show any frustration, they just continued on. When the job was complete, John came by to 'clean up' and he went around my house with a magnet to ensure all nails and metal was not going to go into anyone's foot or my dog's paw. I would HIGHLY recommend John and his team as they are completely trustworthy (which is very hard to find in any industry) and I was at ease with the entire process. I wish I could give him 10 stars or 100 stars - I would.

We highly recommend Bahn Projects! It was a pleasure dealing with John and his team. After an extremely frustrating experience with another roofer it was wonderful working with John. The estimate was quick and accurate. John was very informative and helpful with our selection, as well as being extremely helpful in dealing with our insurance company even before we signed on with him. The team was pleasant and professional. The roof was done well, including repairing work done by a previous roofer in a timely manner. The clean up was thorough. John was on site multiple times. Our only regret is that he does not do other home renovations. We do understand why he has so many top rated reviews as he is thorough, pleasant, professional and honest. He is definitely there for the client. What a wonderful combination.

We were very happy with the service we received from John and his crew. John responded promptly to all our communication, providing answers to our questions. We were given a schedule of the work ahead of time and the crew adhered to that schedule. The crew was easy to have around and the clean up was done well. We are happy with the completed job of a new roof.
John has also sourced help for us with a couple of other maintenance issues, for which we are grateful.

We were very happy with the experience. The price was reasonable, the workers did a great job, very hard working, polite and pleasant. John was easy to get ahold of, informative and touched base before and after the job. He came to the jobsite more than once.

We contacted Bahn Projects after a hailstorm this year and received an immediate response. John came out ASAP and photographed our roof. We received these photos with a report of exactly where the damage had occurred. With this information we felt confident in contacting our insurance company and beginning the claim process. Once it was approved, John gave us a couple of estimates. Choosing the colour of shingles was a but daunting for us. After all, we need to live with our choice for a long time. John has quite an artistic eye and, coupled with his experience, was able to give us valuable advice. We still wanted to see what these shingles looked like on actual houses, so he sent us some photographs and some addresses nearby so we could have a look. Once we made our choice we were confident in our decision. We were impressed that John was frequently on location, checking on the work that was being done.
We would highly recommend using Bahn Projects. The advice, timeliness, and professionalism is next to none.

Bahn Projects replaced our roof in March 2018. John provided excellent email and phone updates, and was very knowledgeable on roofing materials, pricing and recommendations for the project. The team started and finished as planned, taking advantage of warm weather between snow falls. They provided excellent workmanship and delivered an excellent roof. Bahnprojects made our first experience dealing with hail damage on our roof made it very very easy for us not to have to worry about looking after all the small details they came installed and cleaned up like it never happened we are very very happy with their work and John was super to deal with we would highly recommend using bahn projects for your next exterior reno/repair project

I own multiple rental properties and getting roofing quotes and then the work completed has often been a draining process. Now with the roof of my personal residence requiring replacement, I wasn't really looking forward to dealing with it again, but it needed to be done.
After less than stellar previous experiences with the process of dealing with roofing companies, I'm happy to say Bahn Projects was a refreshing change of pace. There ability to do estimates on your property quickly (received mine next day after using their online submittal form) without setting an appointment and having people traipsing around on your roof multiple times was a welcome change.
Once we settled on Bahn they were able to quickly get to work (we scheduled the start of the project four days after we chose the new shingle colour) and I expected it would be a two to three day job. To my surprise even with the high temperatures outside at the time they were able to get the job done in one day on a 2300 square foot two story house with multiple roof lines. This wasn't even running into the evening it was all done and they were all packed up and gone by 5:30.
I waited a few days since the project to see if there were any problems, but I'm happy to report the roof looks great, everything looks wonderful and I've already been recommending John and Bahn Projects to some other people I know looking for roof quotes.
It was fast, well priced and the job was done well, it's not often you get all three of these so I highly recommend you give them a call for your next roofing quote.
