This business has been sold and MrMike Bagby no longer owns itI have been a customer of Bagpipe plumbing for over years with no complaintsI called them in Augand a man named Brady cameHe used an auger to drill in the bathtub pipeHe drilled a hold in the pipe and water leaked through to the basement damaging the ceiling tilesHe said that he would make this problem good for usI said I would call the original builder and plumber since a hole had to be cut in the wallHe said to let him know how much it costs and he would pay for itHe did not pay, he did not return the original check written out to him, and he did a great amount of yelling at the top of his voice at me! I do not think MrBrady is a licensed plumberThe cost of repairs was very large, we have received no compensationI would never call these people again
