The location of this complex is convenient and the grounds are well kept, however, for the relatively high cost of rent, the customer service is surprisingly poor. Examples of the service include repeated landlord entries within short periods of time (3 posted entries in 1 month) and administering late fees before the underlying charges have been posted. When attempting to communicate these issues to the office staff, you can expect to hear that "If you hate it so much here, then don't sign another lease with us" or "It doesn't matter if the charges haven't posted, its in the lease". It is unfortunate that such a clean and well kept complex has been seemingly wilted by the negligence of the front staff.
