When looking into a blasting cabinet others were using less expensive cabinets and build them to similar designs as Bad Boy. The problem I was seeing, I couldn’t find a decent size cabinet and if there was a used one for sale that was expensive and still I would have to modify. I did speak with Mark and his company has been all through the different blasting problems that others have experienced. Time is money and Bad Boy uses decent thickness materials and always upgrading as time passes. I purchased the BB-150LED-BVR with the upgrade dust collector and center nozzle. This arrived well and I had no damage even though the packaging was abused. Since then and if I had any questions, I had no issues getting a hold of anyone. I wanted to add that I have been able to purchase materials cheaper than what I could find in my state and that includes shipping fees.
I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this company, the man is a thief! I ordered a sand blaster from him, with certain dimensions and sent him a check for the full amount. I waited twice as long as I was told it would take to receive it, and when I did receive the crate it was packaged well but damaged, obviously wasn't damage done in shipping. It left his facility that way. I was blown away that someone would send a product out the door like that, but the worst part about it was it looked like a 1st grader built this thing!!!!!! I couldn't believe what I saw! THEN I measured it and it was 12" shorter than ordered. Shockingly enough he took that one back and built me the correct one, another month later, but this one was built by a 2nd grader. Only slightly better quality than the first one. But shorted me all of my media and center hands free gun upgrade. I have been fighting it since June 2019. Here it is January 14th 2020. He has told me multiple times over the phone and text messages that he will get it right out and has constantly lied and to this day I have yet to receive either of the items. Now he is no longer responding to me.
Best customer service I have ever seen. I was having trouble locating a replacement hose for my 7 year old blasting cabinet. Called in and with no questions asked they shipped me a replacement at no charge. Customer service like this is why we should buy only US made products!

I went to their shop and looked at the same unit I was going to buy.
The shop seems to be very disorganized. I agreed to purchase a blaster
and asked Mark how long to get one. He talked to someone and then told me two weeks. I didn't ask for it in two weeks he stated two weeks. I told him I would get him payment as soon I got back to my shop and I did. I told him let me know when it was ready and I would send our truck to pick it up. Mark stated he would deliver it himself and help get it dialed in and make sure everything was working correctly. Four weeks later the blaster was ready but Mark said his truck was wrecked and we would have to come get it. No problem we did. Mark said they would email me a manual for the machine. That never happened. I have called them 6 times since we got the machine and always get a anwsering machine. I finally got in touch with Mark on his cell and asked him about getting a manual and he said Tony was supposed to take care of that and for me to call the office and ask Tony to get me one. I have left voicemails on their office phone and have never received a call back. We have had numerious issues with this blaster and the one other negative complaint is almost verbatim my expierence with this company. I would highly recomend no one ever purchase a blaster from them. You are on your own as soon as you get it loaded on your truck. We spent in excess of $10,000.00 on this blaster and have had problem after problem. If we had a manual maybe we could see if we were doing something wrong but I would guess a manual doesn't even exist.
I ordered parts for a BadBoy Blast cabinet. The parts sent were wrong. After two week of trying to get this resolved the parts came damaged. We refused delivery. The third time we received half the original order. After 2 months of down time this issue still has not been resolved.
In reference to complaint ***- our email was hacked in December 2017 & we received NO emails from that account at all for the entire month, that has since been corrected. Our fax machine only sends faxes, it does not receive. The parts that were sent were from an employee that was clearly incompetent, & they are no longer with the company. The employees that are here were not aware that parts were not received. We have had no calls the past 3 months from *** so nothing has been sent as such. We will send out the items overnighted today & are doubling the order at no charge. ***

3/6/18 11:30 am, Revdex.com spoke with the consumer, he stated he received part, it is still wrong, he said he is done with them. Revdex.com offered to go back to the company with this new information, he said he is just done with it, from the initial order the company got it wrong, so he feels that is what the company will say, is that the part that was shipped is the part on the order, consumer said that is what the company doesn't understand. He said he has cut his own glass and he does not want to go further.
