resolution to the matter is "to never hear from us again" a we have banned her from our business for life.Up until the point we told her no, she gave us five star reviews all over - yelp, google and Facebook. Once she was told no, she wouldn't get her way and was being unreasonable, did we go from 5 to 1. So as far as we are concerned, she can go away and never return. She's a disaster.
