Backyard Buildings and More sent a contractor to my house to deliver and setup a shed on July 2, 2020. Despite the shingles I ordered being on my order confirmation, a call I received from them asking me clarify confusion they had about what to bring, and the contractor expressing that what was loaded on the truck was not on the order, they brought the wrong shingles. This would not have been a huge deal, especially since I was told they would call me the following Monday and have someone install the correct shingles no later than 7/10/2020 and most likely ASAP. I never received a call from the business. I tried to contact them via phone and waited on hold for over two hours. Their message said they were busy and to leave a message, but their voicemail box was full. I sent and email and the auto-response said it may take up to three business days to receive a response. I have still not received any sort of response.
I am also owed a refund for a window, siding, and shutters, and wall vents I ordered but do not need. In fairness, when I ordered these items I failed to realize they come with the shed by default, which is why I did not need them.
The contractor generally did a great job with the installation and was very professional, but did a poor job of creating one of the air vents to look like a rectangle and the top spring mechanism on the left door barely fits in the whole to hold the door closed. The contractor did not give me a walk-through to allow the opportunity to point out any issues before he left but was generally very good.

The issue was eventually resolved. It took about three weeks longer than we were told and our emails and calls were ignored until we finally found a different phone number. Once we got a hold of the right person it was resolved in a week.
