Backstage Salon

In January I went to backstage salon specifically to Jen, to go from having dark brown hair to very light blonde hairWhen I showed the pictures of what I wanted she promised me that's what I would getThe color was wrong, so I called the salon back and spoke to Rita the ownerRita scheduled me to come back in so they could fix itI came back and still left unhappy with the resultsI reached out to Rita again, she explained that with the dark color of my hair it would take about two times to get the color I wanted (and paid for)March I go back to backstage salon, and show Jen the same picture I showed her in January and she tells me that's the color of hair that she can give me1/ hours later I am walking out of the salon with a somewhat lighted hair color, but still not what I've paid or asked forI asked Rita for a refund, she said they don't do refundsShe offered to fix it complimentary (again)She offered me a 9am or 11am appt, I had precious arrangements
