I am rejecting this response from *** AC service because: First of all, *** ***, or whoever we talked on the phone from *** AC service, NEVER told us that they would refund the difference, which is 1%Second, we want the FULL 4% charge refund back, since the *** *** *** told my wife over the phone today (08/07/2015, Fri.) that businesses are NOT allowed to charge customers a fee for using credit cards for paymentsSo therefore, we are ENTITLED to get the 4% charge to be refunded to us
