Baby Hawk

Review: In July of 2012 I ordered a custom mei tai baby carrier from Baby Hawk. The custom order was to be made from in-stock materials and patterns, no other special requests applied. I paid for the order and shipping via PayPal, a total of $98.00. The money was deducted from my bank account and my Baby Hawk invoice was paid and in process. I received an email indicating my order had been received and the order was being processed. I understood that a custom order would take a few weeks longer to fulfill than an order for an already made, in-stock mei tai, and so I was willing to wait.Several weeks passed and I did not receive my mei tai. I checked the order status online and it still indicated "in process." I was willing to wait even longer considering it was a custom order. Four weeks later, the order was still listed as "in process" and requests for a status update went unanswered.It is now eight months since I initially ordered the custom carrier and repeated email and telephone requests for information or refund have not been answered. I call their customer service line daily and leave a message that has yet to be returned. I am very disappointed with their level of service, accountability, and response.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my money, and an explanation of why they are so spotty regarding responses to customer requests would be satisfactory.

I apologize for the mix-up, we fired our customer service girl at the end of the year and was unable to save any of the requests that was in her emails. I searched my email and came up empty.
