thanks for reaching out. we have a very strict policy with no returns or refunds because we are a consignment store, once the product leaves the store we have no way to verify if the product has been worn or if we get the actual product back. we have had instances before where...

customers took advantage of our "ex" return policy and returned items that were worn and/or returned counterfeit items. As the customer stated clearly, he chose to returned the item because it doesnt fit him well, and we have stated very clearly for every purchase, to let our customers know the no return policy, and we also have a sign stated we have do not accept returns at the store and on our website. as for the the receipt, we use square pos which prompts the customer for a copy of the receipt for every transaction, and I do see that a copy of the receipt was sent to him via email, but we are not required to have a pos printer for square transactions. please reach out to me with any questions.
