Review: I started services with this company about a month ago, they charged me for a "set up" fee and the first month of service, I notified them to cancel my account and I let them to keep my set up fee and the first month of service, They kept my money, BUT what really swept me off my feet is that they charged me for the second month of service!

I assumed my responsability by ceding the set up fee and the first month of service, but now they send me an invoice reflecting Charges for the second month of service! NOTE: I never started using their services....Desired Settlement: Refund for second month of service from B2BSoft.com doing bsuiness as "Standard Wireless POS"

Review: B2B Soft misrepresented their POS product and services to my business. They promised one thing and delivered another. B2B Soft representatives have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and concern for our company (the consumer). We have called management many times concerning the POS product. Nothing has been accomplished. Their lack of concern and lack of integrity to me, the consumer, is deserving of the 1/2 star rating.Desired Settlement: Our company desires a complete refund to our credit card for the service that was never provided.
