shipping mistake within 2 days of the original shipment in which the Beetle BeeGone was accidentally left out of his original order. BeeWeaver does use an answering service in the summer and communicates by email. We are a small family business with young children home from school during the summer.
Additionally, I am also enclosing an email in which Mr. [redacted] states he wants to continue to do business with us after he submitted the complaint.

Review: I bought a new honeybee queen from these people. Along with the queen, I bought a package of Beetle Bee Gone, that they did not include in the package. I have tried to contact them via email through their website, I called and spoke with someone on the phone and was told to wait until I got a response from the email, and I left feedback on the my order. Which is the only way they allow customers to contact them concerning problems with orders.Desired Settlement: I don't want to have to deal with these people any longer. I just want a refund on the items I was shorted.
