B. Ruck Enterprises

Received a quote in writing outlining the terms of a driveway replacement to be done. As stated in the quote from Ruck paving, they were to remove and dispose of old asphalt and base material. The removal of the base was to be a depth of 12 inches with fabric barrier and replaced with 12 inches of packed reclaim or gravel followed by 3 inches of 3/8 finish asphalt. In some areas of the driveway Ruck paving went down as little as 4 inches coming no way near the the agreed upon 12 inches. After questioning Mr. Ruck on this he on two different occasions used explictives toward me and said he would correct the problem after a short lunch break. Upon returning from his lunch break he packed up his equipment and left the job unfinished. I currently have no asphalt on my driveway and because of the season being so late I may no be able to find somebody to complete the job to which im sure he is aware. The level of professionalism is beneath contemp. Very frustrated and dissapointed.
