B & P Seamless Gutters

Review: On September 4, 2014 D&P Seamless gutters did an install at my home. They added seamless gutters to an existing storage shed and also a small piece to our chimney. When my husband came home from work that day he comment on the fact that the gutter on the front of the shed which is 25 feet long did not have correct fall- we had some rain overnight and sure enough there was standing water in the gutter. He called D&P seamless gutters and spoke with them about the problem. They said they would fix this on Monday 09/08/2014. To this date no one has come nor can you call them. Your call goes to a voice mail that claims to be full. We paid for a service and I feel they should service what they sell.Desired Settlement: We would like for them to service and correct a product they sold and installed. If this can not be resolved I think the public should no they do not service their product.
