My car was repossessed and the loan was reinstated the same day.
My car was repossessed and the loan was reinstated the same day. The bank tried to contact this place to release my vehicle for two days and still Nothing. It's now the weekend and nothing. I have called and the bank has called. I want my personal belongings and car back. They don't answer their phones or check their email.

Desired Outcome

I want my car and personal belongings back.

office hours are monday- friday 10am to 5pm must call between those hours in order to be assisted

I'm trying to collect my things and I have called numerous times and left 3 voicemails and no one will answer nor call me back. And the letter I received in the mail does not list EVERYTHING that was in my car. I will leave another review about my experience once I can get ahold of someone. It says property will be disposed of after 45 days. Well how am I supposed to get my property if no one answers or call me back to make an APPOINTMENT to get it??? Smh

Customer needs to call mon-fri between 10a-5p to schedule an appointment. Once you call in you are prompt to select an option to get you to the right department. We have scheduled and attended many customers with know issues! if they are not following the above they will not be able to reach anyone. Call back and schedule your appointment today

I HAVE CALLED!!! That's what I'm saying. How many times do I have to call to get through to someone??

Had many items missing from my car when I went to pick it up including car charger, aux cord, change from my door and prescription pills THAT I REALLY NEEDED...... a bunch of crooks and horrible service.... this is for 701 Pine St, Orlando, FL location..... they will be hearing from me very very soon.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, my car was repossessed by my bank, using B & P Auto Recovery's services. I wanted to come collect my things from the car the day it was taken, but was told I needed an appt for later in the week. When I arrived, there was loose barbed wire laying all over the lot, and other people's belongings sitting outside in the rain. The office window was at the end of a trailer, with no cover, so we stood in the rain talking to the clerk. She was extremely nasty, and told me to pay her $75 to get my tag and belongings. I asked what the charge was for, and she said "storage and clean out". There would be no storage or clean out if they'd let me come get my things, but insisted to schedule an appt. She wouldn't accept my debit card, CASH ONLY. I had to leave to go get cash. I came back again, handed her $80 from the ATM, and she said "we don't have change". All the people she was extorting $75 from, and she didn't have change'? Left, and came back again, and handed her $75 cash. I wasn't allowed to see the contents collected from my car before signing for it. I couldn't get a receipt, and was handed a trash bag and an inventory list of collected items. Of course, all the items listed were NOT in the bag. This is a company of crooks, taking advantage of people going through hard times.

Desired Outcome

Refund The very least is to return my $75. May not seem like much, but if I had money to spare, I wouldn't have lost my car. I wouldn't expect an apology from such a deplorable establishment.

By Florida statue law when a unit is repossessed we must take inventory bag and store all property and for that we have the right to charge a reasonable fee. All pick ups are by appointment only to avoid an overload at the window and to advise all customers what is needed at time of pick up. This customer was advised over the phone that she would need License and $75 exact cash because there are times that we do not have change (which is what happened in her situation being that she did not come with exact cash). This customer never made a complaint at the lot of any missing items we were just made aware of her complaint when we seen this complaint on Revdex.com. Customers are handed paperwork at the window and are advised to read and sign however are not forced to sign and are provided the option to view their belongings prior to signing. Unfortunately the charges are as stands we did no wrong in this situation we just did our jobs.

When repossessing my car they stole $110 out of my wallet with no inventory and no offer to replace funds.
They repossessed our 2006 Nissan Armada and my wallet happened to be left in the car after a late night for an early morning. The car was trashed and my wallet was picked through. Over $110 was stolen in cash, no inventory of the vehicle was completed. Paid the $70 to receive our items back but still no cash.

You missed a couple of details. 1. You must have forgotten about the firearm that had to be returned, there was no inventory done and the excuse that was given was that they didn't want to be responsible once they found the firearm. 2. The wallet that was in the unit had cash in it. The wallet had been touched. The knife in the car had been touched. Other things were missing from hat are of less value. This is unacceptable way of doing business.

You are correct about the firearm not being listed in the inventory. The firearm was found after inventory was done and it was verified by pd and then returned to the customer. The customer was already advised to place the complaint to his finance company and follow the complaint process. The agent that secured this unit is one of our vets here and has no reason to steal

Towing of vehicle and damages done to it. While not taking ownership of said damages done by tow truck driver.
Had vehicle repoed on the 19th as the driver proceeded to tow the car out of my drive way I walked out and he told me it was a repo. I did not complain or attack the gentleman for I was at fault. He dragged the car with the enrage on so I politely unlocked the doors as to not damage the vehicle. He said thank you and was told how to get my car back. They towed the car a total of 57 miles. Now I just had the front end worked on becuase the wife hit a curb and messed the bumper on it. So when everything was paid and taken care of to get the car back they pulled the car out and the front end had been completely searched, dented, and just wrecked. When we spoke with the manager about it he said that the pictures show the damage on the vehicle. Now I love my car and even got on my wife for messing the front end up before I had it fixed. I asked to see the pictures and he tells me no. He also said that the tow trucks use cameras to show how they hook up and that it was on there when they picked it up. I would not have spent a thousand dollars just 4 months prior to have it look this way.

Had to call 30 times to be told I couldn't pick up my car until Monday. Today is Friday. They state they are 24/7.... I was also hung up on multiple times and sent to a voice mail that was full. Then they didn't even look up my info to my car considering he called me by the wrong name... Worst experience of my life. I would put negitive stars if possible. This place should be shut down.

Driver named Tim picked up a car at Gerber Collision and hit my car. Tried to leave without telling anyone until stopped by workers. When turned over to owner Anthony M, the owner kept playing a game so he wouldn't have to pay. My personal insurance as well as his personal insurance have called continuously and sent letters but he refuses to answer. When calling him he lies about talking to his insurance and ours. Don't use this company. He is a lying piece of crap. He will get his. What comes around goes around.
