On 4 Jan 2014, I ordered a Lowrance fuel gauge for AUD252.89 including postage. Order XXXXXX. On 19 Feb, I started a non-delivery dispute through PayPal, but was one day outside PayPal's cut-off date. On the same day I received an email from BNC acknowledging the PayPal action and advising they were investigating. I acknowledged the same day. On 25 Feb, 2 Mar and 5 Mar I sent queries, but did not receive a response.
I have since obtained the item from another suppler.
