[redacted]:Every customer has the right to get several bids for their hardwood flooring project. After the homeowners found out that they could find the product less expensive from somewhere else. They requested their money back. They were then informed of our refund policy. Three years ago I had BLinnertz do our living room floor, three years later the floor is peeling and flaking. Three months ago I called BLinnertz to see what we could do about the floor.....----- came out to look at my floor and told me he needed to get with his supplier and I should hear back from him in a week. That was three months ago!! During this length of time several calls have been placed by me to this company. Not a single call has been returned. Do not speak of integrity, and warranty if you don't plan on backing your work. FYI....phones do work both directions.
