B & J Septic Pumping

I contacted them on May 21,2017 to get my septic tank pumped. Their driver parked the truck on the edge of my driveway causing the concrete to crack and buckle. This could have been presented by just staying in the street as it's the closest distance to the tank anyway. I talked to *** about wanting my driveway fixed, he sent a concrete guy out then I didn't hear anything for over a month. Repeated calls to him to find out what the plan was went unanswered. I finally told him I was looking to get it fixed myself and told him what the bid was for and requested my bill for his services as I had still not received one. He told me he would get the bill together and figure out about concrete. To this day I have sill never seen a bill for the pumping and float switch install not have I been reimbursed for the $1100 in concrete damages. He is no longer answering my calls on his cell phone and messages have gone unreturned.
