In response to this complaint,
We have already tried working this problem out and also explained to Mr.*** that there is no type of warranty for used tires as it states in our invoices, also because the customers are the ones to choose the
tiresAlso to inform you that we go through proper inspection of the tires before even mounting them on the car and also advise them that if the tire has a small leak on the same day or even the next day they are welcome to come get it fixed
We do not do refunds (stated on the invoice)Many things could have caused this problem(he didn't check the air pressure, the speed he was driving, also alignment of the car)
Only warranty to be given would be on NEW tires
I would like to add that Mr.*** stated on his complaint that we retread our tires which is true but we ONLY retread Semi-Truck tires, and not passenger *** (compact car)
We may not give Mr.*** a refund for his tires, but can offer a deal on NEW tires if he does decide to do business with us in the future
