September, 2012 they installed a new metal roof. It has a leak and he came back to put screws in and said that should fix the problem. He said if it didn't to call him and he would take care of it. Over the course of the last couple months I have called, sometimes daily, twice a day and left messages at his home and on his cell with no return calls. He answered the phone one day this week and said he was on his way to my house to fix the problem. He has yet to show up and he does not answer or return my calls. This process started around March 2013. This is a terrible way of doing business.
