Charged me for moving a sprinkler head that they incorrectly installed outside of my property line.
I purchased my home new on *** and this company was contracted to install the sprinkler system. They installed one the sprinkler heads outside of my property line. After having a fence installed, that sprinkler head was now on the wrong side of that fence. I contacted them to move the sprinkler head thinking it should have been covered by my warranty since it was improperly installed. He completed the work on ***. They instead charged me for this service and attempted to tell me that the sprinkler head was inside my property pins even though no permanent pins exist there currently and the temporary ones that were used have since follen over and blew away. My invoice number is ***.
I'm seeking a refund of the $*** charged for the service.
In *** SodBusters/BGreen installed and was paid for installation of a lawn irrigation system for *** at his residence. There was no contact stating a sprinkler head was in a wrong location or not located on Mr *** property.
In *** SodBusters/BGreen was contacted by Mr *** to do a system start up for the season and move a sprinkler head as a fence had been installed since time of the original irrigation system install. Due to the fence installation, the sprinkler head was then outside of the fence. The sprinkler head was moved and Mr *** was sent a bill for the work performed.
The sprinkler head was on Mr *** property at time of install and was moved due to installation of the fence. An invoice was sent for work done.

When I originally contacted B Green, I believed that my bill was in error and that the work should have been completed within warranty. I was not provided an explanation as to why I was being charged for the additional labor and was instead just turned away stating that the bill was correct. While they were technically right, I did not have the benefit of the information they had so I still believed I was being wronged. After receiving a phone call from the owner, I now understand their side of this story. I just wish that I could have received this explanation when I reached out to them originally. I would never have submitted this complaint to begin with. I am satisfied with the explanation I received for the bill and it will be paid in full. The work that was completed was done very much to my satisfaction. If there's any way to rescind this complaint, consider this my permission to do so.
