(Individual merchants choose whether to participate in the Rewards Credit program, on a store-by-store basis)Credits can be applied to lower the price of a product, but they cannot be applied to shipping, tax, or any other charges.There is nothing you need to do to activate Credits. When you check out, any Credits you have will automatically be deducted from your purchase total on any eligible items.Participating merchants may limit the maximum deduction available on their products via Credits. This is set as a percentage of the product's price, e.g. they may choose to allow Credits up to 35% of a product's price. This percentage may vary from merchant to merchant. That means if you have a $20 Credit and buy a $100 item, then you get $20 off if the merchant you're buying from honors Credits at a 20% level, $10 off is they honor Credits at a 10% level, etc.OpenSky Credits do have expiration dates, which represent Eastern Time, and you can always reference those dates by mousing over the sale tag icon near your account settings at the top right hand corner of your top navigation.Prior to an order being placed the amount to be charged to the credit card is displayed.There is also a 4 hour window where an order can be canceled by the customer via their purchase history page.Once again we are sorry for the confusion, however these items have been shipped out to you.On Order [redacted] the items were delivered, we have attached 2 return labels once the items are received back you will receive a full refund.On Order [redacted], the item was returned to sender we have issued a full refund for that item on today.Please let us know if we can be of additional assistance.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is all I have to accept.  I have been emailed today by open sky to let me know that the product cannot be ordered and a refund will be processed.   So, now my kids have no Christmas gift coming in the mail at least for their dad.  I have to go out and purchase something and wait for it to arrive thanks to Open Sky.  Since the vendor that actually ships the product is not disclosed when purchasing the item, I almost wonder if this is false advertisement and will be watching my credit card closely now.  I have never experienced such poor customer service from an organization.  Thank you for your assistance with this matter.  It is important you are aware at what is happening to consumer especially around the holidays.
