the mechanic takes 3 months to do a diagnostic and still don't know st...lose your parts expect you to pay for it...Remind you he has no license to run a business in South Holland...you wanna know why I know .. I called the town hall..He has been ran out of Calumet Park Il 2 spots...The shop is pathetic the good mechanic are gone cause he too cheap to pay them...

The written guarantee and deposit did/does NOT coincide with policy! I did not receive merchandise nor a refund and have contacted the business owner several times. I was hung up on several times and no was at the location to address my issue. All I want is my cash refund that was given in the same form as a deposit! This is due to me for merchandise and services UNRENDERED

I got my car fixed in the spring, since then I have had to tow my car in 3 times to get it fixed since it is still under warranty with them. The most recent situation, I towed my *** to B&G Auto Repair on 9/23/19, they still have my car. It has been almost 2 months. It is still not fixed.I have called in several times during this almost 2 month period. When I call in regarding status, I very rarely speak to the owner but rather his non-mechanic assistants. He has allegedly been on vacation 2 times and almost always not in the office or available. It takes days to hear back and when I do, its always the car will be ready this day. The day comes and I dont hear anything at all. I then call back and have been told it will be another week or so or we are waiting on a part. This has been going on the past 2 months. I have been very nice and professional and decided to contact you all in order to help hold the mechanic shop accountable. Please note the service has been paid in full on my end. Also every time the car has been towed, though under warranty, I have paid for the tow service myself, no apologies from the mechanic. I want my car (transmission) fixed ASAP or a full refund, including tow fees. Also my roadside assistance has been dropped due to the repeat tows I have gotten taken it to this mechanic shop.

I brought my 1987 *** Suburban in for body work and repair. I asked Verdie, the owner, to replace the driver side fender and fix some rust spots. He quoted me a really great price so I agreed.
When I saw the finished truck I was totally floored. He had painted the entire truck. It looked brand new.
Verdie said he did not like the way the paint looked with only the spot work done. He just couldn’t let it out looking the way it did.
The best part... he stuck to the original price. I bring all of our family cars, including the *** CLK430 to B&G Auto Repair. I am a huge fan and a customer for life.
