B & G auto center has not released said vehicle due to
none payment.The vehicle was towed to B & G auto center from another auto bodyshop that does not do mechanic work in which at B &G we provide both services
The insurance company stated
they were only paying for
for the body damaged due to car being parked when it was hit by another vehicle and they have that the car was ruuning at the time it was itThe insurance deferred payment until we found out why the vehicle was not runningWe examined the car and found out utimately the car needed a fuel pump in which the insurance company stated they are not covering due to not being related to front damage of bumper to vehicle in which the fuel pump is located in the back of the vehicleThis decision was explained to the owner of the Kia Sorento,which left her with an addditonal $plus tow bill that would have to be paid out of pocket.In trying to help the customer out we made a offer, we told the customer if she lets us do the body work we will install the fuel pump for $All the customer nedded to pick up the vehicle was the $out of pocket and the $Insurance check that she did receive from the insurance company and has cashed in which we have contacted the insurance company to verify.In conclusion the owner of the Kia Sorento has committed insurance fraud and has yet to pay for our servicesWe are seeking legal action with the state

hi this is*** that own the Kia serento I never told the the owner at B&G Auto to fix body work only fix the problem thats causing the not to start my car have been gone to long now I'm not able to take my kids to school and pick them up this is really messed up for me because I;m not able to walk because I have a bad leg which I had two surgery on it and suppose to go back for another one I receive disability for it now please return my car
