B F and R Fence

We had BF & R fence put in a fence in august 2010. The company also provided us with a 5 year workmenship warranty, which they are currently not honoring. The fence is in very poor condition, it is leaning all over the place and it is also has a cracked post the may fall down during the winter. They have been aware of the issue since eary summer and after repeated phone calls and promises no one is doing anything about the issue. I also hired the same company to spary the fence for waterproofing and they did a really poor job. You can see the up and down wavey motion of where they sprayed the fence when it is raining.
