Review: Received a call from [redacted] representing that she was calling from Martin High School and wanted to know who to speak to about advertising with Martin High School. I stated we weren't interested in advertising and asked to be removed from calling list. She was rude and hung up on me. Call came from [redacted]. I contacted Martin High School personally and they said they do not do advertising and she has no idea why someone would be calling me to do advertising.Desired Settlement: Requesting they do not call our office in the future.

School since 2004. I want to personally apologize to Ms [redacted]

[redacted] & Onsite Computer. We have addressed the issue with our representative

and be assured it will not happen again. We continually strive to achieve the utmost

in customer service with our business owners. Per your request, Onsite Computer

has been notated in our system as a do not call for any future setups.We have always tried to maintain a clear line of

communication between the schools we represent and our customers however; sometimes

the line of communication is misinterpreted between our sales staff and the

Review: Businesses in the Prattville area received calls soliciting advertisements to support Prattville High School from April at B & E Industries in Texas- telephone number [redacted] Prattville High School has not contracted with B & E Industries to represent any school business. Names of Prattville High School contacts presented to local businesses were names of people not employed or representing Prattville High School. An attempt was made to contact April at the telephone number above with no success.Desired Settlement: Contact should cease with local businesses and organizations using Prattville High School as a subject of solicitation.
