They ran my credit report. Don't know this company.
I was alerted by Credit Karma my credit was ran. I never contacted them nor am I in the market for a alarm system. I called them via credit report info and they don't deny running. I want legal action. I want you all involved. They didn't use propert protocol. They are using my good credit to help someone else. I Googled and researched and they've done this before. They need to pay. *** who works there is the one who ran it. I'm upset.

Desired Outcome

They need to pay me for unauthorized use of my info. They'll never learn. I'm sticking up for all the poor unsuspecting people.

Customer can dispute any and all inquiries with the credit reporting agencies. Once the dispute has been opened with the credit reporting agency, B&D will conduct an investigation. Upon that investigation if we are unable to locate the inquiry or the account, we will process a letter of deletion for the customer to provide to the credit reporting agency.

No! I want answers to why your company pulled my credit. You'll do an investigation upon me filing with the three bureaus? BS.
The heck you will, you'll roundfile it. That's BS and you know it. You should of already written letters to the three. I can see you could care less who the Revdex.com is. I will take this to court if I have to and if you don't answer as to why you ran MY credit illegally. Don't pawn it off saying someone used my info because there's safety catches YOU should of followed. I'm NOT going to sit back and watch you all get away with this. My good credit I now have to account who you are when I purchase something.
WHY SHOULD I JUMP THROUGH YOUR HOOPS? I'm not.

Mr. has to understand that we do not have any information on accounts that do not turn to installations. The system as a protection to consumers will delete any "leads" which in this case I am sure is what his information turned into. For the consumers privacy. If he would like to provide us again with his Address, City, State, Zip and last 4 of his social with DOB I can provide him with a letter as a courtesy to be given to the credit reporting agencies. If not, he can dispute the information with the credit reporting agencies. Once we receive the dispute, we will response accordingly.

#1, you are misspelling my last name. #2, my credit report shows YOU as running it AND indicating which one of your employees that did it. You need to research better and correct the spelling of my last name, spell it exactly how you did when you ran my credit report and you'll find it. You all aren't just going to blow me off on this. Nice try.

fraudulent practice to install security alarm system
on jan. 17,2018 an employee of B&D named *** knocked on my door and told my significant other *** that he was there to up grade our ADT ALARM SYSTEM at no cost to us.*** allowed *** into our home thinking he was from ADT TO UP GRADE our alarm system.this came in and took down our ADT key pad and installed his B&D key pad then went into our bed room changed the wires to B&D alarm system.He then had *** sign his computer tablet for the work. He then placed two ADT SIGNS IN THE YARD AND LEFT.hE LATER called ADT using*** deceased husbands name (***) to cancel our 20 yr service with ADT. WE did not find out that *** had changed our ADT alarm to B&D alarm until we received a bill from MONIsmart security on3/21/2018.

Return our ADT keypad hook up oringal alarm system at no cost to me or

Customer has been advised that there are recorded conversations wherein they are in agreement to the terms and conditions of the contract and clearly we are stating that we are B&D Security, Inc. *** and that we are not affiliated with any other alarm company. As well, the contract signed by *** is clearly stating we are B&D Security.
As well, there was an initial call prior to the alarm being installed that was conducted wherein *** is in agreement with the terms and conditions of the account.
*** provided B&D with a check for funding of her account. As well, *** send the customer a welcome package. Payments that were taken out clearly stated B&D for the first payment and consecutive payments were taken from ***. Customer stayed with the service for well over 9 months before stating fraud. Her payments were being made and she never called prior to this date to complain or stated it was fraud. She was constantly using and setting up the alarm. As well, service was done to her account and it was B&D/*** who serviced the account at no charge.

We will request the full amount due on the contract if the customer wishes to cancel the contract. WE will not cancel without penalty as we have done our due diligence in Representing our Company in several conversations with no questions from Mrs..

Should *** wish to cancel her contractual obligation the amount needed is
