Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as you can see he promised to fix it and didnt I will send him the bill and he will resolve it or legal action will ensue because he was told the the day after sell and there are lemon laws to protect buyers against people from scam artists such as this, that mask known issues of vehicles in order to sell them to people who are easily victimized such as women This will not only be an issue of scamming (legal) but also discrimination The car either is fixed (to run as it appeared the date of purchase, it will be refunded or it will be traded), as we know this "as is" does not obsolve the sellers responsibility in selling masked products that are unsafe as well fraudently sold with out disclosing known defects etc Regards, [redacted] ***
