B & C Contracting

I hired Joshua B (governor) of B & C Contracting to do a kitchen remodel. I deposited $12,000.00 with the contractor. After 1 day work (kitchen demo) contract stopped coming to work. When I spoke with him he had excuse after excuse as to why he could not show up to the job. Finally the next week he showed up again at the house around noon. By 2pm that same day, I got a call that he was arrested at my house and leaving the job. He also pulled his workers from the job. At that point I asked for my money back and was told he did not have it. I made a repayment plan of $1000 month for the next 12 months, starting 12-15-2019. As of this complaint I have not been paid back any money.
