Can't say enough good things about *** and his crew at B&B HVAC. Had been without air for over a month while wading through the bureaucracy of a Home Warranty program. B&B held my hand the entire time. Once approved to replace the unit, *** had his crew at my house within 36 hours (had to wait for new unit to arrive). They worked into the night overcoming some structural issues presented by my house without complaint! *** showed up at the end to ensure all was well! Would recommend them without hesitation!!!

B and B service was extremely courteous and professional. The owner said he would arrive at 4pm and arrived at 3:57. He experienced several obstacles that was extremely difficult which was no fault of his own. I told him he could finish the next day. He responded 'ma'am I told you that you would have a new system today and you will have air today. I was thoroughly impressed with his integrity and efficiency.
