After two failed attempts with another plumbing company, I called B&B Plumbing. They were quick to respond and make an appointment. Within 10 minutes of arriving and checking the house, they located the issue and fixed it! This is by far the most knowledgeable and plumbing business I have ever used as a homeowner. They up-front and transparent with everything. Call these guys; they are great!
Review: On Wednesday, I schedule an appointment for Friday morning, which they arrived at 3 pm on friday afternoon. Looked at the job said " it is going to cost an arm and leg. We had limited funds and let them know. They took and said there was three leaks." They had to go back to the shop and look up prices for galvenized steel plumbing. They said they will be here on Monday instead of coming out and finishing the deal on Friday. We were without water until Tuesday. They got here on Tuesday and they only did one leak. When they said suppose to be three leaks. They were here for an hour. They only fixed one leak and left. I called when I my sink water was not working nor the kitchen sink. I called them back they said there was something that they could not help. they were there to fix the leaks. They failed to do so. I called them to report them to the owner. The owner had they guy call back and my husband answered the call, " the guy told him we did what were were paid to. and your wife is stupid. I gave up because that sounded like I did something wrong. We paid 600 dollars to have three leaks fixed. Then found out they didn't fix but one. My brother in law had to install a new water heater and got under the house and looked. He saw only one place where they fixed the leaks and that I should contact you. For 600 dollars and for less than hour worth of work and to use pvc pipe to fix it, it should not cost as much as it did. The way they talked they were going to replace the piping but decide to use a different way of fixing it. I use to work in a hardware store and I know a little about pipes. I had spoken to people at Gilman's and they said I was ripped off. So I put it to you to help me. I am on SSI disability.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come out and fix all the leaks not just the one. They charged me for all the leaks. I know our trailer is old. But still, I needed them all fixed. My family can't afford to help me any more than they have.

The attached file contains a cover letter responding to the customer, three independent website articles discussing galvanized pipe, an application to a local non-profit here in town to help the customer pay for her repairs, and, finally, a signed contract confirming the repairs and the price the customer and we agreed upon. Please let us know if you have further questions or needs. Thanks very much.
