I called for a residential repair on my opener. It's about 30 years old. I got an appointment for a couple of days later, technician arrived right on time. He fixed what I knew I needed fixed, found a couple of other things I needed, and clearly explained why and outlined cost....which was less than I expected for both parts and labor. I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, quality, and value I received.
