As a reply to the complaint about Mr R [redacted] floors I refinished the floors for him at his home that he was renovating During the sanding process he had other men working in the home on various things like dry wall kitchen counters and suchWhen it came time to apply the coats of polyurethane to the floors I explained to Mr R [redacted] that I could not have anyone coming in and out of the house during this process or it would cause trash and dust to flow through the house and leave a gritty finish on his floors During the first two Mr R [redacted] watched me apply the coats and left the house when we didThis coats turned out beautiful , and Mr R [redacted] was happy with the floors On the final coat of polyurethane Mr R [redacted] and the two other workers he had where working in the house coming in and out of the doors causing a draft and dust and trash to get on the wet floorsAs I had already explained to him that this would cause problems with the smoothness of the finish I did not remind him again He had mention he was in rush to finish the home so he could move in I thought he understood my previous request to stay out of the house as he had done before and just did not care that this would cause trash in the finish I assumed everything was fine and he was satisfied with the floors ,as I did not hear from him for weeks after the final coat of polyurethane was applied When Mr R [redacted] contacted me about the issue he had moved in the home and the home was fully furnished He complained that the finish wasn't correct because of something I did When I tried to explain to him that the issue was trash in the polyurethane and not any of my doing he became very angry and swore at me and told me to leave his homeI deeply regret the way things ended with Mr R [redacted] as I like for ( and strive for ) all of my customers to be happy and satisfied with my craftsmanship If Mr R [redacted] would have contacted me before he moved in the home I could have easily fixed this issue

In December, 2013, we had a Trane furnace; a Honeywell humidifier, and a Rheem hot water heater installed by Climate Design Inc The employees were very knowledgeable about the products and efficient in doing the install of such We were and are very satisfied with the company, employees and the products we purchased [redacted] & [redacted] were very respectful of our home when entering with the products and the exiting with the old products Our carpets were not damaged, nor any of the walls The employees were very pleasant to be around The installement was in the holiday window of time, and the employees were faithful to finish the job

The worse servicemen I have ever attempted to work withThis company lacks communication skills, organization and any type of customer satisfactionThey also have no ethical consideration as they left my family without heat in freezing temps for daysI would not even recommend this company to my worse enemy

This last winter I was having heating problems with my furnace I have had numerous visits from another heating and cooling business Climate Design was the only one that figured out the problem I am grateful for their knowledgeThank you

On or about March 31, 2016, my company received a call from *** ***, who stated that his mother's toilet was leaking around the base Upon arrival at the home we found that the toilet was leaking where the base of the toilet meets the floor The toilet bolts were very corroded and
had to be cut off to pull toilet A new seal and bolts were installed and the toilet was reset We flushed the toilet numerous times, and there was no leaks found We also looked under the home to verify that the toilet drain was not leaking This total trip and job took approxamaetely 1/hours (See attached invoice dated 4-4-16)On or about April 4, 2016, Mr *** *** called back to my office complaining about the price of the invoice, and that the toilet was leaking again We went back to the mothers home Upon drying the floor, the white paper that was used turned yellow and smelled of urine We dried the floor completely and flushed the toilet about times and no leak was found The mother of the complainant and another lady at the home, told us that sometimes her dog urinates on the base of the toilet We showed them there was no leaks (There was no charge for this trip or labor)On or about April 25, 2016, Mr *** called back to my shop complaining that the toilet was loose on the floor and leaking We went back to the home and the toilet was loose again Someone had attempted to remove the toilet bolts The cap nuts were removed, and the bolts had been partially removed We retightened the bolts, verified that there were no leaks, and had Mr ***s' wife or girlfriend sit on the toilet to verify that the toilet was not loose (We did not charge for this third trip)I did not receive the letter of complaint from the Revdex.com until May 5, I tried to be as fair and reasonable with the *** family as possible.See attached: Service call tickets Sticky note for final call Copy of invoiceSincerely,* * *** ** - OwnerMPL - ***

There was not a problem with dust or dirt on the floor- the problem was he didn't use filler on the cracks and didn't use enough polyurethane, he also did not fine screen between coats. Yes I was in a hurry to move in but I told the other workers not to show up while he was doing the floors, he put a coat on the floors on a Thursday and didn't show up until the next Tuesday. I made everyone stay out of the house during that time. He knew I was trying to get moved in because I had closed on the other house. I have trouble with my eyesight but my daughter and her husband saw that the floors were not finished correctly, also the guy that was working on the house noticed it too. I did ask him to leave my house when he came over to look at the floor but only after he used the "f" word. I don't want any problems all I want is for my floors to be done correctly. Things could easily be moved to another room for him to fix the living room and TV room. I will live with the bedrooms because there is not a lot of traffic there. I can upload some pictures if needed

I called late in the evening for service on my furnace which was not heating properly. [redacted], the owner, listened and gave me an idea of probable cause and cost. The following day[redacted], himself, came to my condo (his on-call worker already had 5 jobs scheduled), took time to explain simple workings of the furnace/thermostat, answer my questions and fix the problem! I would recommend Climate Design without hesitation.

Today we contacted [redacted] at Climate Design regarding a product warrantee
that he had not even sold us and he honored the warrantee with out question.
We were stunned at his professionalism and the neatness and responsiveness
