Contacted this business three weeks ago for landscaping designs for my yard and a cost estimate. Was told I would get a call from a designer the next day. Ten days later sent them an email regarding this matter. Received an email back that someone from their office would contact me shortly. Excuse for not calling previously was 'very busy with the recent storms'. This was ten days ago. No storms since. If they are this 'busy' please let future customers know from the start to look elsewhere.

Review: The pool Azul Verde built now has major structural issues less than a decade after it's construction. Azul refuses to communicate around possible fixes here and referred us to a business which also was of no use due to the major structural issues that were beyond their scope.Desired Settlement: Azul needs to fix their work and cover some of the related costs.
