I purchased a car from 527, Victor told me that he had purchased it from a dealer in Kirkland, he stated he use to work there, they gave him good deals all the time and nothing was wrong with itWithin a week I started breaking down multiple times, having to be towed as wellWithin a month I paid nearly $2k in repairs, I asked to send me what info he had from dealer and he gave me a vehicle report from January I subsequently found Jennie R who lives in PDX, purchased my car approx weeks before me from dealerThe check engine light came on during the car ride back from Kirkland, she arranged for a mechanic to review the vehicle, mechanic noted thousands of dollars worth of issues, recommended she return the car, Jennie got dealer to allow her to return the car after they received the mechanics reportThey asked her to sign a release, which she did Within weeks this car was with and sold to me as a good carI don't believe that dealer would accept a car back with

in and get her car evaluated. We then concluded that Tina owed more than what the car was worth under Kelly Blue Book. We still were willing to cut Tina a deal for the avalanche by giving her that car and paying off her loan for a small payment of $2000 down. Tina then agreed to the terms however she wanted to break down the initial down payment into payment expanding over a three month period. We still agreed to do what she asked for. Tina the next day came to us with a list of things she didn't like in the car, These issues did include some servicing requests but most were mainly preference an example would be that she wanted the door handle colors to be changed to something that isn't even stock for the car. I stilled agreed to make these modifications to satisfy Tina. She then tells the sals associate that they have till the following day to get those things done or she doesn't want the vehicle. We were still willing to satisfy the customer however, it was physically impossible to obtain the parts she asked for in the time frame she provided. I Have saved the texts messages from the customer agreeing to these term. We still believe that the customer is always right and whatever Tina needs to be satisfied she can call me on my personal phone - Calvin
