[redacted] did an SRP Energy audit of our house in December 2012 and after his thorough, understandable audit, we proceeded to have him and his crew replace our ducts and install new insulation as well as seal for air leaks in January 2013. We couldn't have been happier with his prompt, clean installation and repairs. We also received all the appropriate rebates from SRP and SW Gas thanks to his timely filing of the paperwork for us. Prior to [redacted] work we had had our windows and doors replaced, which made some difference, but we really noticed a BIG difference in both comfort and efficiency once his work was completed. I have waited to write a review so we would have a whole year's climate experience to compare and coment on. Conveniently our household receives an "Energy Scorecard" from SRP based on our homes' size, layout and fact that we do have a pool. In August 2012, before we had [redacted] work done, our rating was "efficient" spending 21% less than similar homes. In August 2013, after our duct/insulation improvements, our scorecard shows us spending 45% less on energy than similar homes! Our January 2013 (before) and our January 2014 (after) scorecard goes from 47% less enrgy used to 74% less energy used!
Even taking in to account that we are energy conservers by nature (e.g., we line dry instead of using our dryer ) and that we had had other energy efficient improvemts done (e.g., new
windows before duct work and new roof after), [redacted] suggestions and work has made a huge difference. I highly recommend getting him to do an audit and he will work with you on what improvements will make the most difference.

We called originally for an APS energyaudit. Southwest Sustainable Structures, Inc. called and we set up the appointment. When the audit was finished we found out that the rating in our home was an R4. We were quite concerned, needless to say. [redacted] was so helpful in explaining the problems with our insulation and attic bents, as well as the interior vents. We had them do the recommended items which needed to be fixed. The crew was very professional, well spoken and courteous. They did all of the work in 2-3 days. The work was amazing and they cleaned up everything. I wuld ecommend [redacted] and his crew to anyone. This is an AAA+++ company.
