So I’m buying a house for the first time and I finally found one that I like on March 1st The seller is a retired Airforce individual and we got along great so I had my Realtor KC C [redacted] write up a contract so I can start the process of buying the houseKC C [redacted] also had me go with Axia Home Loans located in Puyallup because she told me that the interest rate would be lower so me being a first time home buyer I bought it and went with itShe ended up working for Axia home loans and I found out that when using a VA loan interest rates are the same no matter who you go withTo continue we had disputes on how we where going to pay closing cost of the home but ended up agreeing that the seller would pay percent and I’d pay the other halfSince I didn’t have the money they approved me for thousand which was grand more than what the seller was askingAfter I was approved for the extra 5k they told me I would not have to pay any closing cost since they included it in my
I called Mr [redacted] below to inquire about this The phone number is no longer active, but is a registered voice over IP phone based out of Spokane, WA At Axia today we do not send out text messages so it didn’t make sense, let alone that the phone number belongs to someone located in Virginia Mr [redacted] stated that the minute he filed the complaint the text messages stopped and he no longer has any problemHe stated when he googled the phone number it was identified with Axia Home Loans, but my search results cannot confirm this
I was recommended to Axia Home loans as a preferred builderThe mortgage broker brian Shepard hasn’t been the main point broker on this dealI submitted a application back in October, he never pre-approved meThe builder went ahead and built the house without a pre-approvalmonths later, brian still couldn’t qualify me for the loanThey forced my pregnant fianxe to be a co-signer or the builder refused to re-imburse me my down payment of 59kI never wanted my fiancé to be on loan, I should’ve got a denial letter and get a refund of depositsAxia refuse to give me denial letter and counties to force me to submit documents that wasnt agreed upon in OctoberSo since I couldn’t get refund of deposit and it’s a significant amount of money investedI continued to use brian and now we are almost in May and he still hasn’t pre-approved me, He sent me over closing disclosure today and charging me astronomical numbers last minute knowing that I can’t walk away from the homeHe’s unet

Axia Home Loans takes complaints very seriously. We strive to ensure all transactions are closed in accordance to guidelines, regulations and in a timely manner for all involved. The Loan Originator on this transaction reached out to the borrower real estate agent who in turn contacted...
the borrower. The borrower stated to the agent that he was asked to write the complaint by the seller or risk losing the property as the seller was trying to renegotiate a new contract and eliminate the buyer's agent therefore saving money. In the end all parties came to an agreed upon sales price and closed the transaction.
