I filed my initial complaint on 9/15/regarding a blushing problem with a patio extension that was installed in May of The business responded to the Revdex.com that "Revdex.com spoke to business and the following was relayed: I tried to make it over there but between the rain and the weeks I spent in the hospital I have fallen behindI know what needs to be done and will take care of the customer in the next week"I suspect that weather conditions and then time of year prevented the contractor from taking care of the problem which still persistsResolve the blushing problem before the summer of

We purchased a stamped patio a few years ago and have for a few years now asked the owner to fix a problem with part of the product he installed. This year I became more diligent in asking him due to the fact that we want to use this more often it involves our fire pit which retains water and always has to be sucked out by vacuum to use. I feel it is unnecessary to pay 5,000.00 to have something unworkable without labor involved by myself. I have gone above and beyond and have done most of the work myself due to his inability to contact me after calling him from days on end I would like him to come over and fill our pit with the remaining sand I have yet not purchased and I would be satisfied.
