Payment. I can not get them to return emails private messages faxes and the phone number does not accept phone calls. I still have not received my suit nor any response . I have since disputed the charges on my credit card and will never use them again. Disappointed, especially after reading all these reviews and seeing I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.
Do not buy anything here. They will take your money.. never reserved my crew shirts after paying in full
Good Afternoon we have already spoken to Mr *** and both in the same page and will be receiving his shirts soon. We hope to continue business with him as we are changing things around with customers service. We hope once he gets his product he will give a positive review as he stated when he does.
I ordered a race suit in May 2019 and was told it would be done in 6 weeks. It has been 9 months and still no suit.
I ordered a suit in May 2019 and was told it would be 6 weeks. Contacted them and was told it would be another few weeks as they were under new management and there were some issues there. After another month went by I tried to contact them with no success. Their phone number was disconnected, my wife tried emailing, calling, and sending a fax with no success. She went on Facebook to try and get a response on 2 different occasions and I was contacted that it would get done with no resolution. Was finally contacted and was told there were some problems with management and if I wanted a refund that I would have to contact my credit card company to try and get it reversed or wait until November for my suit. I told them I would wait for my suit. It has now been a total of 9 months and I still have no suit and now I am not able to get a hold of anyone again. I paid for the suit in full and was unable to race last year due to them not getting my suit done.
I want my suit completed or I would like a certified refund check. I don't feel that i should need to contact the credit card company and am loosing faith in the company that they would write a good check. Preferrably I would like my suit completed by March at the latest.
Do not go here for a fire suit. Invoice was paid in full 4/19. It is now 7/19 and we still have no fire suit. We have constantly been told that there are production delays. The new person who handles calls Kyle, is one of the least professional people I have dealt with. We were blocked on facebook due to them not completing product that was paid for 3 months ago when we called them out on it, as this was the only way that they would communicate back to us. Buyer beware to not do business with them, which is a shame as they create a quality product.
I ordered and paid for a custom firesuit 3 months ago and I still do not have it. No one will return my call, email, or Facebook message in 2 weeks.
I ordered and paid for a custom firesuit 4/1/19 for $1,149.00 with my MasterCard over the phone. The sales person, ***, gave me an approximate time of 6 weeks to have it delivered. I told her I had to have it by the beginning of June and she said it would be no problem. She then said she would send me a mock up of the firesuit once the designer had it completed for my approval. I emailed multiple times asking for the design and I was told the designer was sick and then he was on vacation. I finally got a design and approved it. However, I still have no firesuit and it has been 3 months. I have called, emailed, and Facebook messaged the company and ***, the sales person, and have never received a reply. I either need the firesuit or a refund.
I either want the firesuit in the next week or I want a full refund.

Ordered a suit in May, when we bout the spot it was supposed to only be 3 weeks total time before the suit was in hand! Over the course of 3 months we were swapped around from person to person trying to get someone to get us the suit we paid for. When they finally did, they offered free team shirts and along with that we made a purchase of a couple extra shirts and some hoodies! So MORE money they received and we have been told on 4 different occasions "the shirts and hoodies will be there next week" We still have no shirts or hoodies and our money has gladly been processed by them months ago! We can not get a return call, text, email or Facebook message until we threaten to call the bank and credit card company to try to get our money back and the response is always "they will be there next week" I dont know who *** is but over the course of this whole ordeal he has been sick, got a divorce and been out of the office more than anyone I've ever seen. This was the 4th suit we had purchased from them and it will most definitely be our last.
Very late and keep swapping people to talk to also being a month late nothing was done about it.. They tried giving me free gloves and shoes that I ordered with my suit. I asked to talk to someone in charge I get I am.. lost my first sizing chart had to size again after paying for the first sizing.. sad and poor customer service..
