I took a trip with oceania and [redacted] and [redacted] were the recommended agentsThey took our money and booked tripAfter that they would not return phone callsThe only way that we could get a call back was to leave a number that they would not recognize on their message machineWe could get one phone call back for each number we leftThey would not even call us when we were emailing back and forth and needed to actually speak with them for clarificationThe said they would do a group call and talk with us about excursions but never didWe had a problem on the trip, that we needed help withThey were out of town and we only received auto repliesThey were good about emailing us when they would be out of the office and unavailableI would not recommend them as travel agents

I would like to HIGHLY recommend [redacted] with Avoya Travel [redacted] has helped me plan an amazing cruise and never had a problem with how I inundated her with my questions and emails [redacted] also was able to save us at lot of money on our cruise even month after we had already booked it Thank you [redacted] for always responding to my emails (usually within an hour) and putting up with my questions It's people like you who make booking travel a fun experience and not a hassle!

I have been doing business with Avoya Travel for the last four years with total about cruises, and all booked by this companyI had a wonderfull agent ( *** *** She is always prompt, professional, detail oriented and courteous Also, I found that Avoya Travel prices is reasonable with no hidding feesExellent job Avoya Travel with *** ** represent your company! Keep up with the good work

AVOID AVOYA is my adviseWe booked our Oceania Cruise with *** from AvoyaWe expected that he would know about the Lisbon airportThere was one hour between connecting flights from Lisbon to BarcelonaWe landed on time to find out that we had to take a bus from the tarmac to the terminalOnce in the terminal we had to clear customs and go to another terminalWe missed our departing flightWe were unable to get another flight to Barcelona for hours ! Surely , a good travel agent would have known the airport logistics and layoutSo, we spent hours in the airport, lost $on our hotel room and a day in Barcelona ! When we contacted ***, he offered us a credit on a future cruise with him !!! Really *** ??? It's never going to happen !!!!

[redacted] or Avoya agent, was extremely involved, flexible to our changes, and most importantly focused on our needs. Additionally, she provided a complete package with lots of explanation and follow-up. We truly appreciated the last minute check-in before the trip to ensure we were ready, had any questions and or concerns.

I don't know much about the company but I know that Jon K is a wonderful representative of the company. He went above and beyond when a slight hiccup happened with the booking. I would highly recommend Jon K to anyone who wants a highly professional but very easy to talk too and will try to get the best deal he can. He will respond back to your requests in a timely moment
