To whom it may concern;RE: *** *** was in the dealership today (4-14-16) and I gave him $towards repairs and he was very happy

I talked to *** a couple weeks ago and told him to bring the car backUnfortunately parts do fail and we would have taken care ofPlease have *** call my cell so we can resolve this; ***

I have try the phone number provided in the respond below, however with so many attempts to reach him was unsuccessful and went straight to his voicemail and never return the voicecall. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.  They did refund me in full and gave me a deal on a replacement vehicle.  It all worked out in the end.

How can my company be at fault he bought  it 2 years ago with 50k now it has over 80k and on the magnum customer same thing  they bought it over a year ago they are just Looking  for someone to blame. As you can see,  me or my company are not at fault, do to time and mileage. They are looking for a free repair. Bottom line they are out of warranty, and never had problems with cars, within there warranty  period. If we can get this resolved I will retain legal action.

We did resolve the issue with the consumer, extended the warranty another 60 days, and refunded her one a half  months payment.

The name of the warranty company is the [redacted], phone number is # [redacted] My contract # is # SP [redacted], I wish to also make a complaint aginst them they refused to pay for particular parts stating they didnt authorize the mechanic to obtain or fix certain items yet the parts are included in the plan such being, trasmission problem/radiator. In addition they will not cover any rental fees associated with the car repair.

Please add your rejection comments below. [redacted] is correct is saying that I bought the vechile from his business over a year ago, yet the car upon inital inception had trasmission problems. The car was looked at and supposedly fixed directly by his mechanics at the time it was under warranty from Avon Auto Brokers, so in fact they did work on the car. They supposedly replaced parts including the transmission that are/were obviusly faulty because the car continued to have problems. Since the car continue(d) to have problems after Avon Auto Brokers mechanics patched it up and after the (Avon Auto Brokers warranty) ran out, I had to go through the [redacted] extended warranty department as suggested by [redacted]. The car has been in the shop for months at a time because of the transmission which started at Avon AutoBrokers and contiues to be a problem. The warranty company and its vendors have also supplied transmission/parts etc but the car still isnt running properly and someone needs to be held accountable the car has been in the shop for the same/similar transmission problem within the year.
