Well, almost satisfactory? I was eventually reimbursed for my $dollar overdraft charge and $dollar penalty from Aviva, with a $cheque from Surex direct? But this was after much hassle on my part, threats that my car was perhaps not? insured, (even after I had sent proof of payment of the full $400.16) and no clear apology for what was clearly the other? parties mistake? But I would like to thank the Revdex.com, because it was only when I wrote enough, I will write the Revdex.com that? I actually got some action? A more satisfactory solution would be if they had volunteered one month's free coverage (it is? ? not that large amount) or somthing to say yes, it was our fault?
