Hello - We have once again removed [redacted] from our mailing database.  But as we mentioned in earlier correspondences, they need to have their name removed from the [redacted] Mailing List by calling [redacted] Airman Records at [redacted].  Our mailing list gets purged monthly and updated with data from the [redacted] Mailing List.  So, if [redacted] does not remove his name from the [redacted] Database it will show up again in a few months.

Today I received the same postcard as I received last year. Last year I thought this was resolved--expecting an e-mail about this advertisement. Here we go again.

Review: Recently received a nice postcard for flight classes. Tried to communicate a removal of my name and address since my household deems it necessary to "go green" and use e-mails for vendors and subscribed vendors exciting news and promotions! Use my e-mail provided in this tactful complaint.My wife generated an e-mail today and the reply from a Mr. [redacted], 1-800-[redacted] to telephone 1-866-[redacted]. My wife did this and got an automated loop. So she telephoned [redacted] Aviation Seminars in Livermore, CA (1-[redacted]) and found that person to be in Columbia, CA. EEK! So she tactfully closed and mentioned that all she wants is to remove address and name and in return to the vendor give an e-mail. We understand that it takes a cycle or three according to Mr. [redacted].Desired Settlement: Please remove name and address (as sent in earlier e-mail today, 1/20/15); use e-mail listed.Thanks! We purge and re-create our mailing list each month from the [redacted] distributed database. The way to cause this to go off our list (and all of the others) is to contact [redacted] AFS-760 and let them know that you want to be removed from the distribution list. Their toll free number is 866-[redacted]. It usually takes about 3 cycles before the mailings disappear! [redacted], AS, 800-257-[redacted]
